This Is Not Your Average Workout
KickHouse is a modern kickboxing studio built around real technique, coached classes, and a community that shows up for each other. Every class is 60 minutes of coached combinations on the heavy bag, cardio and functional movement wrapped into something you'll actually want to do again. Whether you're brand new to the bags or looking to sharpen your technique, there's a class that meets you where you are. Find your pace, build real skill, and train as much as you want.
Your First KickHouse Class, Step by Step
You arrive 15-20 minutes early. This gives you time to settle in, meet the team, and let your nervous system calm down before the music starts.
Arrive Early
Your coach will greet you by name and ask what brought you in. They'll explain what's coming and answer any last-minute questions. You're not a number here.

Meet Your Coach
Hand wraps protect your wrists and knuckles. Your coach or a teammate will show you how, or we'll do it for you. It takes two minutes and feels like suiting up for battle.

Get Your Hands Wrapped
The class starts with dynamic stretching and light cardio to get your blood moving. Nothing complicated, nothing you haven't done before. Just movement that wakes up your body.

Warm Up
Your coach breaks down basic punches and kicks in slow motion. Jabs, crosses, hooks, front kicks, roundhouses. You'll practice each one until it feels natural, then string them into combinations.

The Class
60 minutes of coached kickboxing on the heavy bag. Your coach calls every combination — jabs, crosses, hooks, kicks — and you execute. Every round is structured. Every minute is intentional. This is where the work happens.

Cool Down
The last few minutes bring your heart rate down and stretch out what you just worked. You will leave feeling accomplished, not wrecked.

Water and a Towel
Bring a water bottle and a towel. You are going to need both.
Note:

This Is KickHouse
Real members. Real classes. Real results.
"I walked in terrified I'd be the only beginner in the room. My coach met me at the door, wrapped my hands like she'd known me for years, and by the end of class I'd thrown more punches than I thought possible. Now I'm back three times a week because I actually want to be there."
